Features and Applications

Actmix ZDMC-70GE is an ultra-fast carbamate rubber vulcanization accelerator, which is easy to disperse in rubber compounds. It has a fast vulcanization speed because in addition to active groups and promoting groups in its structure, it also contains a transition metal ion, which makes the unsaturated double bonds of rubber more easily polarized. It is generally used in combination with thiuram or thiazole accelerators. ZDMC can improve the tensile strength and resilience of vulcanized rubber. Antioxidants should be added to NR and IR to improve heat resistance.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.3-1.0 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, protective sleeves, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
